The claim exists. The book doesn’t
There is no client database, no membership list, no disclosed dataset. The claimant population is real, reachable and entirely unregistered — and the case cannot be evidenced until it has been found.
Most firms respond by buying advice. Strategy arrives. Registrations don’t.
A bookbuild is an operation, not a recommendation.
Four ways a bookbuild stalls
Each one is an operational failure, not a legal one — and each is measurable before it becomes terminal.
The population is unknown
Nobody can say who the claimants are, only that they exist.
Advice without delivery
A channel plan is not a registered claimant.
Volume without eligibility
Records arrive that fail validation and never reach retainer.
Attrition before evidence
Claimants register, then go quiet before the documents matter.
One system. Three operating modes.
LeadPartners™, CasePartners™ and ArbPartners™ are not three products. They are three configurations of the same Participation Operating System™ — the same infrastructure, the same claimant record, the same governance.
One question resolves the mode: do we need to build a claimant book?
LeadPartners™
No claimant data. Mediatasks builds the book — national acquisition, registration and engagement — then runs it through to settlement readiness.
We build the bookCasePartners™
The data already exists. Your team holds the book; Mediatasks provides the participation infrastructure that turns it into registered, validated claimants.

US mass arbitration. Acquisition, operations and arbitration-ready filing at campaign scale, on a performance basis.
Read the mode →A mode change is a configuration, not a migration.

Two paths. One finish line.
Both operating modes converge on settlement. LeadPartners™ simply begins two stages earlier — because the book does not yet exist.
Stages 02 and 03 are the book build.
That is the whole distinction between LeadPartners™ and CasePartners™. Everything downstream is identical.

A claimant’s value isn’t measured at signup. It’s measured when they reach the finish line.
Two ways to run it
Not every firm is in the same position, and not every matter calls for the same approach. The right model is the one that fits the firm.
Every legal decision remains with instructed counsel. We provide the systems, capacity and delivery infrastructure through which those decisions are executed at scale.
Done for you — full delivery
Mediatasks plans, executes and manages the acquisition programme and the claimant operation. Your firm focuses on legal strategy and case decisions.
Best for: firms that need a bookbuild delivered, not advised on.
Commercial model: performance-aligned. We carry execution risk alongside the firm; our return is tied to programme outcomes, not to time billed.
Done with you — platform & support
Your in-house team runs the day-to-day programme. Mediatasks provides the platform, configuration, training and operational support behind it.
Best for: firms with an in-house marketing or claimant-operations function.
Commercial model: platform fee plus a performance element aligned to outcomes.
Both models run on the same platform and infrastructure. Firms move between them as the programme scales.
Who it’s for
- Firm type
- Claimant firms and steering committees commencing an opt-in bookbuild; funders backing one.
- Case type
- Product liability, emissions, data breach, consumer and competition matters requiring individual opt-in.
- Jurisdiction
- UK (CAT, GLO) · EU (WAMCA, RAD). US mass arbitration runs through ArbPartners™.
- Position
- No usable claimant data held, or data that covers a fraction of the eligible population.
- Not a fit
- Opt-out CAT proceedings where no book is required yet — see CasePartners™.
31%
of a claimant population that had been written off entirely were re-engaged. The firm’s own engagement rate with that group was zero.
Worked on a performance basis alongside a leading steering committee firm in one of the UK’s largest diesel emissions cases. Documented return on investment to the firm: 2,606%.
Questions of substance
Do you take over the claimant relationship?+
No. The claimant is the firm’s client. We operate the participation systems that contact, register and engage them, under the firm’s instructions and its compliance position.
Is this lead generation?+
No. A lead is a record. This programme delivers registered, validated claimants inside a participation system that keeps them engaged to settlement. We are not a claims broker and we do not sell claimant data.
How long does a bookbuild take?+
It depends on population size, channel availability and the filing timetable. Programmes are planned in phases against a registration target, with volume and cost modelled before spend begins.
What happens to the programme after the book is built?+
It shifts into ongoing claimant management and settlement readiness — the CasePartners™ configuration. Same platform, same claimant record, no migration.
Do you work with our existing providers?+
Yes. Case management platforms, data and verification partners and distribution providers stay in place. We connect them into one claimant journey rather than replacing them.
Who owns the data?+
The firm. Data protection roles, retention and processing terms are agreed in writing before the programme goes live.
Request the specification.
The LeadPartners™ programme specification sets out scope, stage gates, reporting, data handling and the commercial model in full. Sent as a PDF, no call required.
One document. No sequence, no call scheduling.
