A Service Pack is for tasks that fit inside ten hours. Anything larger — a new site, a campaign build, a migration, a major integration — is a project in its own right, and we’ll scope and quote it separately so it gets the planning it needs.

Common questions
What should I use a Service Pack for?+
Small, self-contained tasks that fall outside your current project or retainer — a page edit, an email template, a design asset, a piece of analysis, an automation tweak. If one person on the Delivery Team can pick it up and finish it within your hours, it’s a good fit.
Why does every task still need sign-off?+
Because your hours are finite and accountable. Before any task starts we give you an estimate of the hours it will take, and nothing is drawn from your pack until you’ve approved it. That keeps you in control of what your hours are spent on and means there are no surprises.
What can’t I use it for?+
Anything that won’t fit inside ten hours — a new build, a full campaign, a migration or a major integration. Those are projects, and we scope and quote them separately so they’re planned and resourced properly rather than squeezed into a pack.
Do unused hours expire?+
They carry forward for 12 months from the date you buy the pack, so there’s no rush to use them all at once. Any hours still unused after a year expire.
Can I get a refund on a pack?+
Service Packs aren’t refundable, but you have a full year to use every hour you buy — so nothing goes to waste as long as it’s used within twelve months of purchase.
How is my time tracked?+
Every task is estimated up front and the actual hours used are logged against your pack, so you can always see how many hours you’ve used and how many remain.
Is VAT included in the price?+
No — a Service Pack is £1,000 plus VAT for ten hours.
What if a task turns out to need more than ten hours?+
We’ll tell you at the estimate stage. If a task is really a larger piece of work, we’ll treat it as a project and scope it separately rather than start it under a pack.
