How many likes or followers will I get if you look after our Social Media?
We do not guarantee a set number of new followers because we know that when people do, it makes them mainly focus on that target, instead of the right approach, that will effectively do the same.
Social Media for Business is all about Return on Investment and it is much better having 2000 engaged followers than 20,000 disinterested ones. Put simply, it’s quality not quantity.
Which networks do you cover?
For most clients we manage their profiles on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and/or Google+. We do though have expertise with Youtube, Pinterest and Foursquare too – please contact us for more details.
How often do you update my profiles?
The simple answer here is – as often as they need to be. Every social network has different requirements, so they need to be treated differently too. We know what works – so unlike other providers – we don’t take on clients who want to set a lower amount of activity than they need to succeed.
Our posts will be optimised for the best frequency & time of day, to get the most response. Typically that will mean at least 5 times a day for Twitter, everyday for Facebook or Google+ and every other day for LinkedIn.
What networks are included?
With our standard packages we can cover upto the main 4 Social Networks (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Google+) for you. Once you’ve decided on your package we can help you choose which networks, because they all have different user demographics and so benefit different companies in different ways.
What do you mean by engagement?
As part of the service we monitor all the main networks for people that might be asking a question about a product or service you offer. An engagement would be to reply to such a user and help them with their query. It’s not necessarily a sales pitch, more pointing them in the right direction.
This works because, 1. You are being seen to help, 2. Your profile is more interesting to the casual visitor who may also have a query like that and 3. The user may share the response, getting you in front of many more people as an authority on the subject.
Can I still post to my accounts too?
Yes, in fact we welcome it. Our Social Media Management Service ensures your business covers the bases, taking the pressure off you and being there when a client checks it out and makes contact. But, we know client accounts perform better when they also have that personal touch. So we’ll cover your ABC’s and you can chip in whenever you like without the pressure.
How do we get started?
Once you’ve chosen your package and your networks, we need to talk through your business to get a great understanding of what’s happening and what you want to gain from social media – whether it’s Brand Awareness, Customer Service or simply more Sales. Then we can set you up on our system and get cracking.
